

Parking at the surgery is at the rear of the building. Please only use these spaces for the duration of your visit with us.
We offer disabled parking spaces for our patients to use. May we ask all patients to be considerate when using these spaces.
The main entrance to the building offers automatic doors as well as the entrance through to reception.the reception desk itself has a lowered section to enable patients in wheelchairs to speak to the receptionists comfortably.
There is ample space in the waiting rooms for parking of wheelchairs and we of course provide disabled toilets.
We have access to a wheelchair that patients can use during their visit.
If you have any issues with disabled access, please do let us know.
Local organisations can offer assistance – for example,tavistock Area support services which will provide transport for the frail and elderly to and from the surgery. Please be aware that you must give at least one weeks notice and there is a small charge for this service. Contact 01822 616958 for more information. Alternatively, our receptionists will be happy to telephone for a taxi to take you home following your appointment. If you have a particular difficulty, please let the receptionist know. Our staff will do all they can to help you.

Sure Start Children's Centre are places where families with children under 5 years old can access services and get help and support.

Tavyside Health Centre has its own dedicated Pharmacy (within the Health Centre), supplying and assisting you with all your prescription and medical requirements.

The third floor of Tavyside is home to a state of the art Conference and Training Centre, which can be hired for all your Conference and Training needs.

Tavyside is a designated panel centre for the embassies of these countries.
