Jenna – Systems and Communications Officer
Jenna is the Systems and Communications Officer at Tavyside Health Centre, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and supporting the overall functionality of the practice. Her work spans a broad range of responsibilities, including managing the surgery’s social media presence, coordinating seasonal vaccination campaigns, implementing digital solutions , and delivering staff training on clinical systems.

Jenna joined Tavyside in 2020 as a Business Administration Apprentice. Since then, she has successfully completed her Level 3 qualification and is currently advancing her professional development by working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Operational Management.

Jenna works Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with an early finish at 13:30 on Thursdays
