Examples on when to dial 999 include:
Severe crushing chest pains
Difficulties breathing
Severe loss of blood
Unconscious
Sepsis
Major accident
Stroke

When we are closed and you are unable to wait until we re-open, you need to contact NHS 111.When you call 111, you will be spoken to by a trained NHS advisor who will help you get the right help for your needs; this could be self-care, going to a pharmacist, booking an appointment at the surgery for when we re-open, referring you to a specialist or advising hospital admission.
