Care Quality Commission (CQC)

CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

The CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage services to improve.

They monitor, inspect and regulate services. Then they publish what they find, including performance ratings, to help people chose care. Where they find poor care, they will use their powers to take action.

Tavyside Health Centre is rated GOOD.

Our last full inspection report was in 2018 and can be found here
