Jonathan – Practice Manager
Jonathan is the Practice Manager at Tavyside Health Centre, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice on behalf of the Partners. With a strong background in healthcare management, he ensures that all aspects of the Practice operate smoothly and efficiently, enabling our clinical team to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
His role covers a wide range of responsibilities including staff management, finance and budgeting, regulatory compliance, patient services, and strategic planning. Jonathan plays a key part in developing and maintaining systems that support both staff and patients, and he is committed to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Working closely with the GP Partners and wider team, Jonathan is dedicated to making Tavyside Health Centre a well-organised, welcoming, and forward-thinking Practice that meets the needs of its community.
More about Jonathan
Jonathan joined Tavyside Health Centre as an apprentice in January 2015 and, through dedication and professional growth, has progressed to become the Practice Manager. Over the years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the Practice and its operations, developing strong relationships with both staff and patients along the way.
Jonathan says, “I truly enjoy working at Tavyside. The staff and patients create such a welcoming and supportive environment. I also appreciate how forward-thinking Tavyside is, with everyone dedicated to continuously improving the Practice and enhancing patient outcomes.”
Outside of work, Jonathan has a passion for travel and has already explored 34 countries—always eager to experience new cultures and perspectives.
Jonathan works Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, except on Wednesdays when he finishes at 13:30. He is always happy to assist with any Practice-related queries and is proud to be part of the team serving the local community.
