Practice Nurse Team
Our Practice Nurse team specialises in supporting chronic disease, which includes conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and Hypertension.
Our Practice Nurses are also able to support patients with women’s health issues, including cervical screening and family planning.
The team also look after immunisations and vaccinations and wound care. Some of our more Specialist Nurses can also prescribe and support patients with medication.
#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care. As well as implementing #hellomynameis in the Practice, we are using it on our website too. Click on a member of staffs image to find out more about them.
