Prescription Clerk Team

Our Prescription Clerk Team is led by Emma. Medicine safety and optimisation are key parts of the team focus. They work closely with the Devon Integrated Care Board to improve prescribing.

The scripts part of our team help to ensure your medication needs are met and we work closely with our local pharmacies to make collecting your medication as easy as possible.

#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care.
